The path a stranger actually takes.
Source health and release health are different.
A newly launched CLI advertised npx one-step-seo, but the public npm registry returned E404. A source checkout installed cleanly, passed 39/39 checks, and completed a real audit. The report isolated the problem to publication and supplied three command-level acceptance checks.
Agentc's published binary passed version, help, networking, tool, and shell checks, but CRLF input shifted consecutive setup answers. The maintainer confirmed the diagnosis, found a related real-console early exit, fixed both, and added regression coverage. A fresh Windows build then passed both the redirected-input reproduction and a real ConPTY setup with one Enter per prompt.

The founding package covers one public CLI or developer tool and its documented Windows first-run path. Public registry and metadata checks may still be performed for platform-specific releases, but native macOS-only or hardware-only execution is not represented as tested.
This is release-path verification, not security testing, formal compatibility certification, implementation, or a guarantee of adoption. If the report contains no recommendation or verified pass you consider useful, request a full refund within seven days.
